AirPlayRadio is a music promotion platform operated by NETRADIO NETWORK SAS, a French company registered under SIREN 892 236 852, with its registered office at 229 Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France. The platform automates the pitching of music tracks to Spotify playlists, radio stations, and TV music channels worldwide.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AirPlayRadio. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. The platform is intended for professional use by independent artists, music producers, bands, labels, and managers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. NETRADIO NETWORK SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
One account may manage multiple artist profiles. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
By uploading content to AirPlayRadio, you represent and warrant that:
You grant NETRADIO NETWORK SAS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, transmit, and share your content solely for the purpose of providing the promotion services described on the platform. You retain full ownership of your music and all associated rights.
The following types of content are strictly prohibited on AirPlayRadio:
NETRADIO NETWORK SAS reserves the right to remove any content that violates these prohibitions without notice and without refund.
AirPlayRadio is offered as a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you authorize NETRADIO NETWORK SAS to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method (Stripe or PayPal) on a recurring basis at the selected interval (monthly or annual).
All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no prorated refunds are issued. See our Refund Policy for full details.
AirPlayRadio provides automated music promotion services, including AI-powered matching, submission to curators, and broadcast monitoring. We do not guarantee placements, acceptances, airplay, or any specific results.
Placement decisions are made independently by third-party curators, radio programmers, and TV channel managers. AirPlayRadio has no control over and accepts no responsibility for their decisions. Results vary based on track quality, production level, genre fit, and market conditions.
The platform does not guarantee a minimum number of submissions, as submission eligibility depends on real-time availability of matching curators.
AirPlayRadio uses AI models (including Anthropic Claude) to power the AI Manager, blog generation, image generation, and other features. AI-generated content is provided "as is" for informational and creative assistance. It does not constitute professional legal, financial, or music industry advice. You use AI-generated outputs at your own discretion.
All code, design, branding, text, and functionality of AirPlayRadio are the exclusive property of NETRADIO NETWORK SAS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the platform without prior written authorization.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NETRADIO NETWORK SAS and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or failure to achieve promotional results.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NETRADIO NETWORK SAS from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.
NETRADIO NETWORK SAS reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

NETRADIO NETWORK SAS reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes by email.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
