AirPlayRadio's services are delivered immediately upon subscription activation. The following actions take place within minutes to hours of your first payment:
For all these reasons, the service is considered fully rendered from the moment of subscription activation and first upload. A refund would require recovering costs that have already been irreversibly expended on your behalf.
AirPlayRadio is a promotion and distribution service — we pitch your music to curators and programmers, but placement decisions are made exclusively by independent third parties over whom we have no control. The absence of playlist additions, radio acceptances, or TV placements does not constitute a failure of service on our part and does not entitle you to a refund.
This is clearly stated in our Terms of Service prior to subscription. By subscribing, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed.
Annual subscriptions are offered at a significantly discounted rate (approximately 17% compared to monthly billing) in exchange for the commitment of a full year. The annual plan fee is non-refundable in its entirety, regardless of:
Upon cancellation of an annual plan, access continues until the end of the paid period. No credit or prorated refund is issued for unused months.
Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. If you cancel your monthly subscription:
It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period. Renewal charge reversals are not available.
To report a fraudulent charge, contact us at contact@airplayradio.com within 14 days of the charge with supporting documentation. We will investigate and, if fraud is confirmed, issue a full refund for the fraudulent payment(s) within 10 business days.
Dissatisfaction with results, change of mind, forgetting to cancel, or technical issues that were reported and resolved do not qualify as fraudulent charges.
Initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us constitutes a violation of our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who files an unjustified chargeback and to contest the chargeback with full documentation of services rendered.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, please contact our support team immediately. We will prioritize resolving the issue. Extended platform downtime or critical technical failures on our end may, at our sole discretion, result in a subscription extension or service credit — not a cash refund.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings → Billing section of your account dashboard. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already charged.
Users located in the European Union have certain statutory consumer rights under Directive 2011/83/EU. Under this Directive, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, by subscribing to AirPlayRadio and uploading your first track, you expressly request that service delivery begin immediately, and you acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the Directive, as the digital content has been delivered and the service has been fully commenced.
This waiver is valid under EU law when the consumer explicitly consents to immediate commencement of service, which is confirmed at the point of subscription.
