5 MORE MINUTES is a modern country-country song with a catchy chorus and storyline. If you were given 5 more minutes to go back in time and change something, what would it be? This song tells the story of a man reminiscing about the "good old days" when listening to old albums. He wishes that his Lord would grant him 5 more minutes to go back in time to tell a special girl how he really felt about her and change the outcomes of his current life.

I was listening to some old albums just the other day. Started to reminisce ‘bout the good old days. It was the summer of 85, we were singing Springsteen and felt most alive. I just finished school, started working nightshift with no real plans just living day-bye-day. Working side-bye-side every night I got to know her pretty smile. There was definite, chemistry, every- time we would meet-up for coffee.
